What does the X on the smartAC thermostat screen mean?

If you see an X on the smartAC thermostat remote screen, it means the thermostat remote is not connected to a modlet. This may be a temporary disconnection. Wait 30 seconds and then try to use the thermostat again and see if the symbol remains on the screen. This could also indicate that your thermostat is too far from your modlet or your modlet is unplugged. If none of these is the case, reset the remote and reconnect it to your modlet.
